FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long will it take until I receive my print?

Rolled prints usually have a lead time of 5-7 days to be printed and are ready to be shipped. Framed and canvas prints usually have a lead time of 7-14 days until they are ready to be shipped. Shipping times will vary depending on your location in the world.

Do you ship prints worldwide?

Yes, but only rolled prints as framed and stretched canvas prints are likely to be damaged when shipping overseas.

Are there other paper options?

Yes. Smooth Cotton Rag is the most popular choice due to its quality and look, and its actually the more expensive one available. But if you require a glossy look, I can print it on Ilford Galerie Smooth Pearl (310GSM), and for a metallic gloss finish I am able to print it on Ilford Galerie Prestige Metallic Gloss (260GSM). Please contact me if you'd like to change the paper type.

Can I request a different photo from your Instagram or website that isn't on your store?

Yes, you can request any photo from my Instagram or website. Please contact me for further details.

Can I custom print an image to a size not listed on your store?

Yes, you can ask to print a custom size. People sometimes do this to fit an existing frame they have already. Please contact me for further details.

Do you sell high resolution digital images that I can print myself?

Yes, this is not common, but it can be done and there is a strict license you must follow. Please contact me for further details.

Do you print and frame images yourself?

No, my printing and framing is done by Alex at Sunday Sunset print in Western Australia. He is one of Perth’s leading printers and framers and always delivers the highest quality prints. There is a quality control process between the two of us and ensure that the prints are of the highest quality and packaged securely before they are sent to you.

Can I print an image on something other than paper or canvas?

Yes, I can organise my images to be printed on anything really, such as mugs, banners, wallpapers, t-shirts, cards, etc. Please contact me for more details.

Please be aware that the mock-up images on my store are just that, mock-ups, and not real photos. The timber frame used may be a minimally different colour or slightly thinner/thicker in size. But don't worry, they are even better in real life!
